Exploring Consciousness is an intensive 3-day / 2-nights weekend program offering you opportunities to engage in consciousness exploration, self-discovery, and personal transformation. Based on the first two days of the 5-day residential Gateway Voyage® program, the Exploring Consciousness Workshop introduces you to Focus 10 and Focus 12, two expanded consciousness states which enable you to better understand your Total Self and to access your untapped inner resources.
We run this workshop from our place in Narara, in the NSW Central Coast, within walking distance from the Niagara Park train station (1,5 hrs train ride from Sydney).
Accommodation and meals are included (2 nights)
The accommodation is in shared/mixed rooms (2 bunk beds / 4 persons per room) where you get to do the exercises and sleep at night. If you prefer to arrange external accommodation you can do so and price will be adjusted accordingly.
Each participant is provided with its own bed and wireless headphones for the exercises as well as a manual/journal.
Dinner is provided Friday and Saturday, breakfast and lunch Saturday and Sunday and coffee, tea and snacks are provided during the workshop.
Though the workshop itself runs Saturday and Sunday we highly recommend arriving on Friday afternoon for dinner, socializing and to be ready early on Saturday morning.
The results of the exercises and tools (both during the workshop and afterwards) vary considerably from person to person. Participants typically report the following benefits and experiences:
Although not as common, some participants report communication with deceased loved ones, out-of-body experiences (OBEs), and various mystical experiences.
You will return home with the experience, knowledge, and skills you need to access and benefit from these expanded states.
